Criminal defence and dispute resolution

The Law Firm

Co-founded by Clémence APPRIOU, Marine RUTA and Alexandre PABIS, ARP AVOCATS focuses on criminal defence and dispute resolution.

Our practice covers both general criminal law and white collar crime cases. The firm assists its clients, both individuals and legal entities, at all stages of proceedings and in all the French courts.

Establishing of the firm is a result of a joint project undertaken by its three founding partners after many years of working together in a prestigious Parisian law firm. Strengthened by the experience and expertise they had acquired there, but also by their complementarities, they decided to merge their savoir-faire.

ARP AVOCATS puts its values of commitment, probity, independence and humanity at the service of its clients. We consider it particularly important to provide each client with individualised assistance in order to develop a tailor-made defence strategy, in a relationship based on trust.

Clémence Appriou, Marine Ruta, Alexandre Pabis.
